As well as loving yourself, it is equally important to respect yourself. Take care of your body and soul by really listening to what it needs. Practice this art when making decisions too. If something feels morally wrong, it probably is. Take into account the feelings of others when choosing your actions. Learning to treat those around you with the same amount of respect that you expect will be very rewarding. 

Sometimes this can be challenging. If somebody is acting in a way that you cannot relate to or understand, it can be hard not to mirror their attitude, or judge them. However, it is important to still show respect in situations that you do not necessarily agree with. Everybody is at different stages of their path, so be mindful of that.
